South Carolina's Aliyah Boston adds Wooden Award to National Player of the Year honors

The South Carolina star was named the Wooden National Player of the Year Award on Monday, a day after leading the Gamecocks to a national championship over UConn. She was previously was named the Naismith, Associated Press and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Player of the Year as well.
And on Sunday, she took home Final Four Most Outstanding Player honors after averaging 17 points and 17 rebounds per game in wins over Louisville and UConn en route to the national championship.
A two-way star, Boston finished the season averaging 16.8 points, 12.5 rebounds, two assists, 2.4 blocks and 1.2 steals per game while shooting 54.2 percent from the field.
Boston also took home the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year, to go with her unanimous All-American honors and SEC Player of the Year Award. Meanwhile, South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley received the Naismith Coach of the Year Award, because that's the kind of season the Gamecocks had.
