Several teams interested in West Texas A&M WR Nathan Slaughter

West Texas A&M wide receiver Nathan Slaughter has drawn steady interest, including roughly half the NFL teams.

That includes a top 30 official visit with an undisclosed NFL team as well as interest from the New York Jets, Washington Redskins, Minnesota Vikings, San Diego Chargers, Jacksonville Jaguars, St. Louis Rams, Tennessee Titans, New England Patriots, Baltimore Ravens, Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers.

Slaughter is graded as a late-round draft target or a priority free agent.

At his Pro Day, he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.34 seconds with a 44.5-inch vertical leap, an 11-6 broad jump and bench pressed 225 pounds 16 times.

The 5-foot-9, 184-pounder caught 50 passes for 516 yards and three touchdowns last season. He had three touchdowns on 36 kickoff returns, averaging 36.1 yards per return.
