Nets’ Jacque Vaughn gives troubling update on Ben Simmons’ knee injury
Nets forward Ben Simmons is set to miss even more time due to a knee issue that has kept him out of the last two games.
Interim head coach Jacque Vaughn announced that Simmons will not travel with the team and will miss at least the next two games against Washington and Charlotte.
Vaughn says that Simmons has “soreness and swelling” in his knee, but wouldn’t confirm that the LSU-alum would be out for the team’s final away game in the three-game stretch.
