Both teams are lean, athletic, tough defensively and balanced on offense. Here’s where the Gators’ experience gives them the edge. They were a loose enough group while winning it all last season; nothing should be able to rattle them in their second go-around in Atlanta.

1. North Carolina vs. 3. Texas A&M
While Roy Williams began to rebuild Carolina after its 2005 title, Billy Gillispie was going into his second season in a program with no history and that was winless in the Big 12 before his arrival. A Final Four appearance will be amazing, no matter what happens.

CHAMPIONSHIP
1. Florida vs. 1. North Carolina
The Gators’ return from an NCAA title is a great story, and so is the Tar Heels’ rebuilding effort after losing their top six players from an NCAA title team two years ago. This will be considered one of the greatest two-year turnarounds in college basketball history.
