NBA Twitter reacts to Celtics running away from Sixers in Game 2

The Philadelphia 76ers had a chance to take a 2-0 series lead before this Eastern Conference semifinal shifted to the Wells Fargo Center for Game 3 on Friday. They welcomed Joel Embiid back to the lineup in Game 2, but the Boston Celtics used a huge 35-16 third quarter and they knocked off the Sixers 121-87 to knot this series at 1-1.

The Celtics were 20-for-51 from deep while Philadelphia shot just 6-for-30. The Sixers had a tough time really finding any rhythm or groove and it ended up costing them in the loss. Jaylen Brown had 25 points and Malcolm Brogdon had 23 for Boston.

Embiid understandably looked a bit out of rhythm as he had just 14 points on 4-for-9 shooting, but he did have five blocks. He did a really good job of protecting the rim and making an impact there.

James Harden shot just 2-for-14 for 12 points after he scored 45 in the Game 1 win. Tobias Harris had 16 points and seven rebounds and Tyrese Maxey had 13 points.
