NBA star Jayson Tatum had great reaction to Ezekiel Elliott signing
The New England Patriots’ acquisition of running back Ezekiel Elliott sparked reaction from all corners of the Boston sports world. Several Boston sports stars weighed in, including Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum.
Tatum is from Missouri, the same state that Elliott grew up in as well. The running back made a name for himself in Missouri at the high school level, before joining Ohio State. The rest is quite literally history, as Elliott became a dynamic running back for the Buckeyes and helped the team win a national championship in the 2014 season.
Tatum shared a post on Instagram reacting to the news. The two Missouri natives will look to take the Boston sports scene by storm.
Tatum and Elliott coming from the same area gives new meaning to the “small world” phrase. Here’s to hoping they both find success in 2023.
