NBA playoffs: Grant Williams’ results in game No. 7 of conference finals
Former University of Tennessee basketball player Grant Williams and the Celtics will play in the NBA Finals.
Boston won the NBA Eastern Conference finals with a 100-96 victory over No. 1 seed Miami in game No. 7 Sunday at Miami.
Williams played 30 minutes for Boston. He recorded 11 points, six rebounds and one block.
Williams was 5-for-8 from the field, 0-for-1 from beyond the 3-point arc and 1-for-3 from the free throw line.
The Celtics will play Golden State in the NBA Finals. Game No. 1 is slated for Thursday in San Francisco. Tip-off is scheduled for 9 p.m. EDT.
The game will be televised on ABC.
