Cody Glass' first career hat trick lifts Predators to 8th straight win in 5-1 victory over Colorado
The Nashville Predators carry a seven-game winning streak into Saturday's game against the Colorado Avalanche at Bridgestone Arena.
Nashville stomped Minnesota 6-1 on Thursday to extend its winning streak, with strong games from Roman Josi and goaltender Juuse Saros. The latter has been a hot hand (glove?) during the streak, allowing seven goals in his last five games.
Colorado is a part of the three-team shuffle atop the Central Division. The Avs, Stars and Jets are separated by three points and still have a substantial lead over fourth-place Nashville for now. Nathan MacKinnon is already at 100 points (36 goals, 64 assists) this season in 61 games, his second consecutive 100-point game.
