Who are the Nashville area's top volleyball players to watch for the 2023 TSSAA region tournaments?
TSSAA Division II-A and II-AA volleyball postseason has kicked off. This week we've reached the region tournaments for Division I programs. It's the first round of the state tournament for Division II teams.
Here are the Nashville area's top volleyball players to watch this week.
Lauren Duncan, Brentwood: The sophomore setter has 38 aces, 67 kills, 790 assists and 214 digs.
Daisy Oatsvall, Brentwood: The sophomore has 395 kills with 59 blocks and 41 digs.
Keira Garinger, Clarksville: Garinger, a sophomore outside hitter, has 52, aces 275 kills, 16 blocks and 204 digs.
Ella Moore, Clarksville: Moore, a senior middle blocker, has 22 aces, 144 kills, 93 blocks and 35 digs.
Addie Dodd, Eagleville: The senior outside hitter has 54 aces, 241 kills and 201 digs.
Ashlynn Roberts, Eagleville: Roberts, a middle hitter, has 217 kills and 44 blocks.
Katie Green, Father Ryan: The Tennessee Tech commit has 283 kills, 379 digs, 61 aces and 25 blocks.
Alley Hibdon, Gallatin: The senior has 269 kills, 103 aces with 406 assists, 307 digs and 12 blocks.
Gracie Hibdon, Gallatin: Gracie Hibdon, a sophomore, has 365 kills, 99 aces, 324 assists, 323 dig and 41 blocks.
Sarah Grace Slusher, Gallatin: Slusher has 241 kills, 102 aces and 17 blocks.
Cameron Bryan, Green Hill: Bryan has 83 blocks and 141 kills.
Paige Griner, Green Hill: The North Alabama commit, has 341 kills, 264 digs and 56 aces.
Emaline Cash, Harpeth Hall: The middle blocker averages 6.8 kills per game, has a .179 serve rating and averages 2.5 blocks per game.
Brooke Bolden, Independence: Bolden has 551 assists, 296 digs, 64 kills and 43 aces.
Ally Greenwell, Independence: The junior outside hitter has a 40.7 kill percentage with 359 kills, 291 digs, 35 aces and six blocks.
Aubrey Ezell, Loretto: The junior libero has 118 aces and leads the state in that category, according to MaxPreps.
Becca Heineman, Loretto: The junior right side hitter has 618 assists, 288 kills,, 321 digs, 70 aces and was named all-district.
Ally Weathers, Loretto: The junior middle blocker has 376 kills, 365 digs with 62 aces, 47 blocks, 91 assists and was named District 11-1A MVP
Anna Clay Shirley, MTCS: The sophomore outside hitter was named DII-A District 3 Co-MVP with 403 kills this season and 368 digs and 30 aces.
Lily Watson, MTCS: A middle blocker, Watson was named all-district with 381 kills, 39 blocks, 38 aces and 53 digs.
Maggie Allred, Nolensville: The senior middle blocker has 265 kills and 114 blocks.
Kaira Knox, Nolensville: The junior has 393 kills, 263 digs, 67 blocks and 34 aces.
Lily Tickle, Overton: The outside hitter has 134 kills and a kill percentage of .289.
Sadie Kroeger, Providence Christian: The sophomore has 337 kills, 292 digs, 33 blocks and 49 aces.
McKenna Shotwell, Providence Christian: Shotwell, a senior, has 413 kills, 400 digs, 17 blocks, 28 assists and 69 aces.
Mackenzie Field, Siegel: Field has racked up 194 kills and 27 blocks.

Cate Schroer, Siegel: Schroer has an incredible 536 kills, 80 aces, 295 digs and 40 blocks.
Alex Chortyk, Summit: The senior has 448 kills, 16 aces, 40 blocks and 76 digs.
Abbott Crouthamel, Summit: A senior outside hitter, Crouthamel has 59 aces, 219 kills, 25 blocks and 287 digs.
Maggie Kalisz, Summit: The sophomore outside hitter has 49 aces, 308 kills and 127 digs.
