Nashville area top performers for Week 4: Kendra Matheson's four goals pace DCA soccer Thursday

Here is a look at the top performers from the Nashville area high school fall sports in Week 4.

Saturday

Soccer

Sarah Morgan, Fairview: Morgan had seven saves in goal as Fairview beat Rockwood, 4-0, in the Smokey Mountain Cup tournament in Gatlinburg.

Ava Sullivan, Fairview: Sullivan had a hat trick in the Fairview victory.

Thursday

Soccer

Maggie Bosworth, DCA: Bosworth had two goals and an assist in a 9-0 victory over Friendship Christian.

Avery Harris, DCA: Harris added three assists.

Kendra Matheson, DCA: Matheson led the Lady Wildcats with four goals and one assist.

Brooklyn Jones, Goodpasture: Jones added two goals in 4-0 victory over Overton.

Charleigh McKinnon, Goodpasture: McKinnon had a goal and assist.

Aireona Duenez, Oakland: Duenez had two goals and an assist in a 4-0 win over Blackman.

Leah Krugh, Oakland: Krugh had two goals in the win.

Kristen DeSantis, Rossview: DeSantis paced Rossview with four goals in a 7-1 win over Northwest.

Reagan Stevens, Rossview: Stevens also tallied two goals.

Claire Bryant, Stewarts Creek: Bryant finished with a goal and two assists in a 4-0 win over Cookeville.

Abby Pennington, Stewarts Creek: Pennington added a goal and an assist.

Volleyball

Anna Clay Shirley, MTCS: Shirley had 13 kills, 11 digs and an ace in a 3-0 win over BGA.

Elisa Fries, Oakland: Fries had 11 kills, 19 assists, nine digs and an ace in a 3-0 win over Siegel.

Amelia Keating, Oakland: Keating finished with 11 kills, five blocks and two digs.

Sadie Kroeger, PCA: Kroeger had 11 kills, one assist, five digs, two blocks and three aces in a 3-0 win over University School of Nashville (25-11, 25-10, 25-13).

Lillie Meinhart, PCA: Meinhart added five kills, 12 assists, seven digs, a block and seven aces .

McKenna Shotwell, PCA: Shotwell finished with 10 kills, nine digs, a block and three aces.

Kamaria Murray, Rockvale: Murray had four aces, three kills and a block in a 3-0 win over Riverdale.

Adison Winterbauer, Rockvale: Winterbauer added eight kills and three aces in a 3-0 win over Riverdale.

Wednesday

Soccer

Brooklyn Murphy, Station Camp: Murphy had a goal and assist as Station Camp knocked off Hendersonville, 5-2.

Ayden Wood, Station Camp: Wood had two goals and two assists in the win.

Madison Bennett, West Creek: Bennett scored two goals as West Creek knocked off Clarksville for the first time in school history, 4-1.

Volleyball

Meah Thompson, Eagleville: Thompson had 16 kills, three aces and six digs in a 3-0 win over Watertown.

Sadie Kroeger, PCA: Kroeger had 12 kills, 15 digs, five blocks and five aces as Providence Christian beat Riverdale in 4 sets, 20-25, 25-21, 25-15, 25-17

Lillie Meinhart, PCA: Meinhart added six kills, 20 assists, 12 digs, a block and ace.

McKenna Shotwell, PCA: Shotwell led PCA with 23 kills, 17 digs, a block and three aces.

Tuesday

Soccer

Taylor Green, Macon County: The junior had two goals in her first regular season game after returning from an injury as Macon County beat Smith County, 5-2.

Abigail Epps, Montgomery Central: Epps scored five goals and had an assist in an 8-2 win over Kenwood.

Claire Bryant, Stewarts Creek: Bryant had a goal and two assists in a 8-1 win over Wilson Central.

Lillian Opie, Stewarts Creek: Opie had three goals and an assist.

Abigail Pennington, Stewarts Creek: Pennington added two goals.

Volleyball

Mallory Dobbs, BGA: Dobbs led the way with eight kills, 30 assists and 17 digs in BGA's 3-1 win over Friendship Christian.

Julianna Santiago, BGA: The senior libero had 37 digs and four aces.

Seri Bowers, Gallatin: Bowers finished with eight kills and four blocks in a 3-0 win over Hendersonville (25-19, 25-16,25-23).

Alley Hibdon, Gallatin: Alley finished with seven kills, six aces, 12 assists, six digs and three blocks.

Gracie Hibdon, Gallatin: Hibdon had eight kills, 16 assists, three digs and six blocks.

Andriana White, Houston County: White had 14 kills, eight blocks and four aces in a four-set win at East Hickman.

Sadie Kroeger, PCA: Kroeger finished with 15 kills, four assists, nine digs, five blocks and six aces in a five-set win over Grace Christian, 20-25, 25-22, 25-4, 21-25, 15-12.

McKenna Shotwell, PCA: Shotwell added 21 kills, two assists, 16 digs, a block and two aces.

Alyssa Burns, Riverdale: Burns had 27 assists, and nine digs but Riverdale fell to Oakland, 3-0.

Taylah Upshaw, Riverdale: Upshaw added 10 kills.

Ashlee Smith, Riverdale: Smith also finished with 10 kills.

Kierstan Blocker, Smyrna: Blocker had 20 kills, 20 digs, two aces, and a block in a 3-1 loss to Warren County.
