Moody, Fox headline All-Northern Indiana Conference boys soccer teams
Midfielder Eli Moody of Mishawaka Marian and midfielder/forward Hudson Fox of Bremen have been named Most Valuable Players of the All-Northern Indiana Conference.
Moody headlines the East-West All-NIC first-team contenders and Fox headlines the North-South first-teamers.
Marian's Ben Householter is the East-West Coach of the Year and Riley's Jon Boye is the North-South COY.
Moody, a senior, is joined on the East-West first-team squad by senior teammate Marco Aguilar. Penn placed three players on the first team — senior defender Carter Utz, junior midfielder Chris Miller and junior midfielder Andre Gomez. Elkhart placed a pair in seniors Eduardo Cabrera and Gian Romero. Another pair of seniors from Adams on the first-team are defender John Adams and midfielder Diego Blount. Saint Joseph midfielders Kai Lulic, a senior, and junior Sam Harsman complete the top team.

Fox is joined on the North-South first-team by three teammates — senior defender/midfielder Anthony Torres, junior midfielder Bryan Contraras and sophomore defender Lincoln Martinez. New Prairie placed three on the first team — senior forward Owen Chalik, senior defender Tristan Foster and junior midfielder Jordan Vesper. Glenn's duo of junior forward Ian McNeil and junior defender Alex Stuber along with a pair from Riley — senior forward Isaiah Pryour and junior midfielder Victor Galicia complete the first team.
East-West second team: Soph. forward Miquel Gallegos (Elkhart), jr. defender Edwin Perez Lopez (Elkhart), soph. defender Thomas Bravo (Elkhart), sr. defender John Oliver (Marian), sr. goal keeper Noah Balyeat (Marian), sr. defender Emmanual Reynolds (Marian), sr. defender Michael Greenlee (Penn), sr. midfielder Mateo Juarez (Adams), je. defender Alexis Rivas (Adams), sr. defender Murphy Wiginton (Saint Joseph), jr. goal keeper Andy Yergler (Saint Joseph).
East-West final standings: Marian 4-0, Penn 2-2, Elkhart 2-2, Adams 1-3, Saint Joseph 1-3.
North-South second team: Fr. forward Nathan Schnaible (Bremen), sr. midfielder Christian Duran (Bremen), fr. forward JJ Cencelewski (Bremen), jr. midfielder Michael Solymosi (Glenn), sr. defender Sam Hodges (Glenn), soph. goal keeper Colton Griffiths (New Prairie0, soph. defender/midfielder John Andrews (New Prairie), jr. forward Misael Gonzalez (Clay), soph. goal keeper Cayden Sipes (Riley), jr. midfielder Austin Pfluegner (Riley), jr. defender Kevin Sanchez (Washington).
