The Los Angeles Dodgers are the big favorite to earn a playoff berth in the National League, with the team given a 99.2% shot at making the postseason.

In the National League, seven teams are currently within 5.5 games of the final Wild Card spot.

In the American League, eight teams are within seven games of the final berth in the playoffs.
