These Mizzou football players signed undrafted free agent deals after the 2022 NFL Draft
While Tyler Badie and Akayleb Evans had their names called Saturday in the NFL Draft, other Missouri players will have their chance to make an NFL roster, too.
MU players who did not get selected are signing free-agent rookie camp contracts.
Here are the Missouri players who have signed undrafted deals:
Center Michael Maietti
The anchor to Missouri's offensive line is heading to Pittsburgh.
Tigers center Michael Maietti has a rookie mini-camp deal with the Steelers, his agent told the Tribune.
Maietti was a 2021 Pro Football Focus second-team All-American, a member of the 2021 USA Today All-SEC team and a 2021 Associated Press and Pro Football Focus All-SEC first-team player.
He came to Missouri after starting 33 games at Rutgers.
Wide receiver Keke Chism
Chism has signed with the Green Bay Packers, according to insider Jordan Schultz.
Chism was one of Missouri's best receivers last season, catching 41 passes for 511 yards and three touchdowns.
He was one of the biggest offensive threats, sporting a 6-foot-5, 214-pound frame.
Cornerback Allie Green
Green has signed with the Chicago Bears, per Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network.
Like Evans, Green came to Missouri from Tulsa and played one season for the Tigers.
Green is billed as a cornerback who plays physical in man coverage. He had four pass breakups and 24 tackles for MU last season.
Defensive lineman Akial Byers
Byers has signed with the Green Bay Packers, reported Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Byers confirmed the signing on his Instagram.
He recorded 1 1/2 sacks for the Tigers in his final season.
