Michigan basketball's 2022-23 Big Ten schedule
The Big Ten and Michigan basketball have jointly announced the program's 2022-23 conference schedule, which begins Dec. 8 with a trip to Minnesota.
Head coach Juwan Howard and his team will navigate a slate featuring five of the final nine games at Crisler Center as the Wolverines make several road trips in the first half of the Big Ten season. Michigan will have nearly a month between its first conference game against the Gophers and the resumption of Big Ten play Jan. 1 against Maryland.
The most difficult stretches of the season will likely include a pair of two-game road swings. The first includes trips to Michigan State (Jan. 7) and Iowa (Jan. 12). The second includes visits to Illinois (March 2) and Indiana (March 5) leading into the Big Ten tournament.
A midseason trio of games vs. Indiana (Feb. 11), at Wisconsin (Feb. 14) and the rematch with Michigan State at Crisler Center (Feb. 18) is another challenging run.
