The Mets are promoting a pair of 2022 MLB Draft picks to Double-A Binghamton as right-handed pitchers Tyler Stuart and Dyaln Tebrake are being moved up from High-A Brooklyn, according to SNY contributor Joe DeMayo.

Stuart, 23, pitched to a 1.55 ERA in 14 starts during his first season with the Brooklyn Cyclones. He has allowed just 14 runs (13 earned) in 75.2 innings with 84 strikeouts and 23 walks (3.65 ratio). The righty has pitched to a 1.044 WHIP and has 10.0 Ks per nine innings.

Stuart has not allowed more than two runs in any of his starts this season and has gone six innings or more in six starts, including his last four at High-A.

A towering pitcher, Stuart is listed at 6-foot-9, 250 pounds. He was a sixth-round draft pick (179th overall) by New York in 2022 out of Southern Mississippi. Stuart began his career last season in the FCL and at St. Luice, but had a few bouts with injury and pitched just 3.2 innings over three games.

FanGraphs listed Stuart as the Mets' 35th-best prospect in May.

Tebrake, 24, has pitched to a 2.08 ERA in 14 appearances (one start) with the Coney Island-based club. He has allowed seven runs (six earned) on 15 hits over 26.0 innings with 40 strikeouts and 10 walks (4.00 ratio). He has pitched to a 0.962 WHIP and has 13.8 Ks per nine innings.

In 13 innings over seven outings during the month of June, Tebrake allowed two earned runs on seven hits and struck out 20 of the 45 batters he faced with opponents posting a .156 average and a .447 OPS.

Another solidly built righty, Tebrake stands at a slightly less imposing (in comparison to Stuart) 6-foot-3. He joined the Mets in the eighth round of the 2022 MLB Draft (239th overall pick) out of Creighton. Tebrake had a solid four seasons with the Bluejays, pitching to a 2.80 ERA in 220.0 innings over 49 games (37 starts) with 230 strikeouts and 68 walks.
