Mets announce 26-man roster for 2024 MLB Opening Day

The Mets have announced their 26-man roster for Opening Day of the 2024 MLB season.

After sending Mark Vientos down to Triple-A Syracuse and deciding that DJ Stewart and Zack Short were going to be on the team, the only intrigue left was how the bullpen would shake out.

The Mets answered that on Thursday, carrying both Yohan Ramirez and Michael Tonkin, and placing Sean Reid-Foley on the 15-day IL due to a shoulder impingement.

Like Ramirez and Tonkin, Reid-Foley is out of options. He would've been exposed to waivers if not for his injury.
