Mount Union's men's basketball team moved up nine spots to No. 12 in this week's d3hoops.com poll.

The Purple Raiders (5-0) picked up impressive home victories over then-No. 7 Trine and traditional Division III power Wooster last week.

Mount Union has won 60 of its last 73 games, dating to the 2019-20 season. The Purple Raiders return to action at 6 p.m. Saturday against Heidelberg in the Ohio Athletic Conference opener at Timken Gymnasium.

OAC rival Marietta is No. 13 in the poll.
