Memphis Grizzlies score vs. San Antonio Spurs: Live updates

The Memphis Grizzlies have lost 12 of 14 on the road, but Friday is a golden opportunity to build momentum before a stretch of home games.

Memphis will play the San Antonio Spurs (7 p.m. Bally Sports Southeast) in the final meeting of the season between the divisional foes. The Grizzlies (41-27) have won nine consecutive games against the Spurs.

San Antonio (18-51) is struggling with players being in and out of the lineup. Still, the Spurs have a nice core of young talent that includes Tre Jones, Jeremy Sochan, Keldon Johnson and Devin Vassell.

Ja Morant, Steven Adams, Brandon Clarke and Vince Williams Jr. are listed as out for Memphis. Rookie first-round pick Jake LaRavia is questionable (back soreness) after being inactive the last two games.

The Grizzlies are on the first night of a back to back. They'll travel back to Memphis after the game for a matchup with the Golden State Warriors.

Memphis is an -8.5-point favorite against the Spurs.
