Memphis Grizzlies score vs Sacramento Kings: Live updates

The Memphis Grizzlies are back on the road for the first matchup of a four-game stretch on the West Coast. The Grizzlies will face the Sacramento Kings.

Don't let the record fool you. The Kings (0-3) have lost their three games by a combined 14 points. Those losses have come against the Los Angeles Clippers, Golden State Warriors and Portland Trail Blazers. The Clippers and Warriors are expected to be championship contenders, and the Trail Blazers have a 4-0 record.

Memphis (3-1) got a welcomed sight on Monday when Desmond Bane scored 38 points in the win against the Brooklyn Nets. Bane had struggled in the first three games, but his breakout could take more pressure off Ja Morant.

Morant is one of three NBA players averaging more than 30 points while shooting above 50% from the field, 40% on 3-pointers and 80% at the free-throw line. The Kings have their own dynamic point guard in De'Aaron Fox, who is averaging 31.7 points and seven assists per game.

Fox and Morant are two of the fastest NBA players with the basketball in their hands, so buckle up.

The Grizzlies have won the last six meetings. Sacramento holds a 52-47 lead in the all-time series.
