Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association sets Central Mass. roster for senior all-star game
The Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association will host an all-star game at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, at Shaw Elementary School in Millbury that will feature top senior athletes from Central and Western Mass. There will be a $5 admission fee to offset the cost of the game.
The Central Mass. roster is below.
Assabet: Ryan Holman
Bay Path: Zach Fritze, Dylan McDonald, Matt Rousakos
Bromfield: Chase Donahue
Douglas: Ryan Bonin, Griffin Bernard
Hopedale: Jacob Smith, Tyler Wilkie
Maynard: Nolan Currier
Millbury: Matt Kelly, Nick Kolifrath
Nipmuc: Adam Moekel
Shepherd Hill: Tom Carragher
Sutton: Leo Colena, Josh Jenkins, Chase Falcon
Tahanto: Garrett Hurley
Wachusett: Anthony Doe, Noah Pratt, Justin Mariani
Last week the MBCA hosted the Junior Select State All-Star game, which featured a handful of Central Mass. athletes.
Leominster's Angel Baez and Nick Massa played for the West all-stars, along with Northbridge's Joe McKeown. North Middlesex's Kyle Lewis played for the East squad.
Baez earned Pitcher of the Game honors while pitching the West to a 4-1 victory, allowing one run on one hit while fanning two.
