F1 is known for high speeds and high prices, but what about the distances? Every Grand Prix has unique conditions, locations and total race distances. Here's a primer on this season's circuits, lengths and lap totals.
How many laps are in an F1 race?
Most F1 Grand Prix circuits span a minimum of 305 kilometers, or around 189.5 miles, according to Formula 1. Since they range in length, the number of laps needed to complete each race also varies.
