Male linebacker and tight end Rasean McCauley has been working hard in the offseason to prepare for his final year as a Bulldog. He has also excepted his role as a senior leader on head coach Chris Wolfe's talented Male team.
"I'm the leader of the defense and the team, I'm the guy everybody feeds off of so I have to bring it every day," replied McCauley
When he isn't practicing with his team he's working to improve physically to take his game to the next level.
"I train every other day with my trainer Carlos Collins to put me in the best position this year for my team and (individually) for the next level," said McCauley.
McCauley has FCS college offers from Tennessee-Martin, Morehead State, Murray State, Southeastern Missouri State, and on the FBS level Army has extended a football scholarship. He recently tweeted his official offer from Army.
"It was big getting the official offer from Army, it's a surreal feeling knowing that school wants me to come play for them on scholarship, very humbling experience," explained the Male standout senior.

The Army recruit gave kentuckypreps.com a glimpse into how he will be deployed on the field this season and also shared that a couple of Power-5 schools are keeping tabs of his progress this season.
I'll playing all 3 levels on defense (like, linebacker, and secondary) so my film will show what I can do. Purdue and Illinois show some interest and want to see film of my first 3 games," advised the versatile linebacker.
McCauley will work along side fellow senior linebacker Deaveon Higgs this season providing the Bulldogs with formidable one two punch on the second level.
