South Florida's Jose Fernandez Named to WBCA Board of Directors
University of South Florida head women’s basketball coach Jose Fernandez has been named to the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Board of Directors for the 2021-22 membership year. “I’m honored to serve the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association in this capacity,” said Fernandez. No stranger to being involved with the WBCA, Fernandez was appointed by the board to succeed incoming vice-president, and North Carolina head coach, Cortney Banghart as NCAA Division I Director at Large.
