Take a look at the top boys' lacrosse teams in the Bucks County area

The Bucks County area has plenty of top boys' lacrosse talent yet again.

A year ago, La Salle High won the PIAA District 12 Class 3A title while Pennridge went unbeaten in the Suburban One League National Conference.

Both those teams are strong once more.

Here's how we rank the teams this spring (in order):

Boys lacrosse top returnees: Here are the boys' lacrosse players to watch in the Bucks County area this season

1. La Salle High

The Explorers won the PIAA District 12 Class 3A title and advanced to the PIAA semifinals before losing to eventual state champion Radnor. They finished the season 17-6 and head into this year with as much returning talent as any team in the state, led by University of Pennsylvania commits Matt Wills and Stevie Davis. La Salle's last PIAA title came in 2019 and the Explorers will likely make a serious run at another one.

The boys' lacrosse season should be another good one as several area teams look to make deep playoff runs.

2. Pennridge

The Rams reached the PIAA District One Class 3A tournament quarterfinals last year and placed sixth in districts to qualify for the PIAA tournament for the first time. They finished the season 18-4, including a 10-0 mark in winning the Suburban One League National Conference title. And they're loaded with experienced returners and should make another strong run.
