Indiana Pacers head back to New York after convincing Game 6 win against Knicks

The Indiana Pacers head back to Gainbridge Fieldhouse down 3-2 to the New York Knicks in their NBA Eastern Conference semifinal series.

New York cruised to a 121-91 win in Game 5. While it was a lopsided defeat, the Pacers haven't lost at home in the series against the Knicks. Indiana will hope to continue that trend in Game 6.

The Knicks' OG Anunoby will miss the game due to a left hamstring strain.

Final: Pacers force Game 7 in series vs. Knicks

The home team hasn't lost yet in this series and that trend didn't change tonight. Pascal Siakam had 25 points, seven rebounds and five assists. Myles Turner contributed 17 points while Andrew Nembhard, Tyrese Haliburton and T.J. McConnell had 15 points each.

Andrew Nembhard gave Indiana a 21-point lead with a 3-pointer at 6:24. Jalen Brunson hit a 3 at 4:52 to cut Indiana's lead to 109-92. Obi Toppin answered with a dunk.

Josh Hart, who has been in and out with abdominal soreness, will miss the remainder of the game.

T.J. McConnell made a layup to open the fourth quarter. On the ensuing possession, Isaiah Jackson made a layup of his own. At the 10:10 mark, Pascal Siakam hit a 17-foot jumper. Pacers up 94-77. Andrew Nembhard hit a 3-pointer at 8:24.

The Pacers took a 71-58 lead after a Myles Turner dunk. Jalen Brunson cut the lead to 11 with a layup. Pascal Siakam answered with a 17-foot jumper to make the lead 13 again.

Later, Tyrese Haliburton scored four straight to push the lead to 15.

Jalen Brunson is struggling from the free-throw line. He is one for four. Aaron Nesmith gave the Pacers an 11-point lead with a basket at 1:42. Indiana ended the first half on a 17-5 run.

Pascal Siakam had 15 points and six rebounds.
