The rebuild of the Detroit Lions secondary added another veteran piece on Tuesday. The Lions reached a free agent contract agreement with cornerback Emmanuel Moseley, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

It’s a one-year deal worth $6 million according to Schefter. The deal will not be made official until Wednesday, when teams can sign players from other teams once the new league year begins.

Moseley, 26, spent the last five seasons with the San Francisco 49ers. He played in five games in 2022 before missing the rest of the year with a torn ACL.
