Can this be LeRoy's year?
The Oatkan Knights' one-point loss in last year's Section V Class C semifinals was crushing. With many key returners, and new coach Mike Humphrey at the helm, LeRoy looks to made another deep playoff run.
Seniors Drew Strollo, Jackson Fix and Tony Piazza are back in the backfield and their linebacker slots. Holden Sullivan will open holes for them at center. Senior quarterback Tommy Condidorio and receiver Cal Koukides will look to make explosive plays to move the chains.

Marquee matchups for LeRoy
The season opener against Haverling will be a good test. LeRoy hits the road for a rematch against East Rochester/Gananda on Sept. 22, when the Knights hope to avenge their one-point loss in the 2022 semifinals. Reigning Class C champion Attica awaits the following week.
