The NBA is celebrating its 75th anniversary this season. To help honor the milestone, the league is debuting a short film to commemorate the anniversary.

To help celebrate, Charlotte Hornets star LaMelo Ball will be featured in the film.

Announced by the NBA on Monday, the debut film “NBA Lane” will feature 30 players and legends, which include the 2020-21 NBA Rookie of the Year.

The film will celebrate the league’s 75-year history while going through the past, present and future of the game. Led by legends like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson and Larry Bird, the film also includes current stars LeBron James, Kevin Durant and LaMelo Ball.

Actor and producer Michael B. Jordan will narrate the film.

“NBA Lane” will debut on Oct. 6 on all NBA social platforms.
