Jets elevate Nick Bawden, Bruce Hector; Greg Zuerlein good to go

The Jets announced they elevated fullback Nick Bawden and defensive lineman Bruce Hector from the practice squad for Thursday’s game against the Cleveland Browns.

One player the Jets did not elevate was kicker Austin Seibert. That would indicate Greg Zuerlein, who was questionable with a quad injury, should be good to go.

Bawden is being elevated for the second straight week following his roster gymnastics thanks to the Jets’ decision to activate quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Hector is being elevated for the first time this season. After spending Week 9 on the practice squad, Hector rejoined the practice squad for Week 14. Hector has bounced around the league during his first six seasons. He has played in 14 games with one start during stints with the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions.
