How Jayson Tatum led a massive comeback for the Boston Celtics vs. Minnesota

Star Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum delivered a masterful performance for the Celtics at TD Garden on this past Wednesday night with 45 points, including 14 in the fourth quarter and 12 in overtime. The St. Louis native led the Celtics to a 127-120 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves in a showdown between the Eastern and Western conference leaders.

This win marked Boston’s unprecedented 18-0 home record start, a first in the franchise’s history nearly eight-decade history for the ball club that has won more games than any other team in league history. And a league-record 17 titles in the same city to boot — no mean feat that. But it required a supernova performance from Tatum with some elite defense from Jaylen Brown on the side to go down, with Tatum taking the lead.

The hosts of the CLNS Media “Garden Report” podcast broke down the historic win postgame.
