Jamal Adams shares more video updates of his ‘rebuild’

Odds are the Seahawks pass rush would be better than it is if they had a healthy Jamal Adams on their side. Unfortunately, Adams suffered a serious quad injury in the first game of the season, ending his 2022 campaign just as it began. Yesterday marked 100 days since his surgery and Adams has been sharing updates of his progress on social media over the last few months.

Here’s two more videos he posted this past week.

While Adams has missed a lot of time due to injuries, he’s still only 27 years old and may yet be a difference-maker for this defense.
