Jabrill Peppers questionable to return to Sunday’s game with ankle injury
The New England Patriots’ defensive backfield took another hit on Sunday with safety Jabrill Peppers going down with an ankle injury.
It’s a tough blow with the Patriots on the road in a must-win game against the Bills. Peppers is one of the team’s best tacklers, and he has excelled in his ability to fortify the run defense and drop back into coverage.
The Bills are one of the most prolific offensive teams in football with the ability to do both. So not having Peppers on the field for any extended period of time would be a big problem for New England.
