IHSAA girls basketball sectional scores, schedule 2024 for Greater Lafayette

LAFAYETTE — Want to keep track of the latest IHSAA girls basketball sectional scores?

J&C sports reporters Ethan Hanson and Sam King will have the latest updates on games happening around the Greater Lafayette Area.

The Journal & Courier will feature the latest recaps, scores and highlights from an action-packed week of basketball beginning Tuesday with games scattered around Kokomo, Twin Lakes, Delphi and Attica.

From the Class 4A action to 1A classics, check out our running scoreboard and highlight reel of games throughout the week.

Class 4A at Kokomo

  • Tuesday - Harrison 71, Marion 29: Riley Whitlock (H) 29 points, scored 1,000th career point; Ava Ahnert (H) 12 points; Elsie Ahnert (H) 10 points

  • Tuesday - Kokomo 55, Logansport 22: Aijia Elliott (K) 17 points, 10 rebounds

  • Friday - Harrison 61 vs. Lafayette Jeff 35: Harrison (13-12) was led by Kiersten Guyer 14 points and Riley Whitlock 10 points. Lafayette Jeff (4-20) was led by Shaylee Barrett 15 points.

  • Friday - McCutcheon 33, Kokomo 32: Freshman Lillie Graves scored 14 and grabbed six rebounds, junior Kalea Washington grabbed 16 rebounds and score seven points and sophomore Aubrey Miller added 10 rebounds and seven points. McCutcheon (20-4) trailed by 11 points heading to the fourth quarter.

  • Saturday - McCutcheon vs. Harrison.

Class 3A at Twin Lakes

  • Tuesday - West Lafayette 69, Frankfort 18:

  • Wednesday - Twin Lakes 54, Western 46: Junior Addie Bowsman scored 30 pts, six rebounds and senior Olivia Nickerson had 17 pts, five rebounds for Twin Lakes (15-9). Chloe Hunt scored 24 pts and grabbed 11 rebounds for Western (16-6):

  • Wednesday - Benton Central 61, North Montgomery 19. Benton Central senior Rachel Tolen scored 18 pts and Keara Allen added 13 points.

  • Friday - West Lafayette 44, Rensselaer Central 37: Seniors Adrianne Tolen scored 16 points, Sarah Werth added 11 and junior Molly Andrew added 8 points and 8 rebounds. Rensselaer Central was led by Taylor Van Meter who scored 13 points and Carly Drone added 8 points.

  • Friday - Benton Central 59, Twin Lakes 35. Benton Central (24-3) was led by junior Avery Hardebeck with 15 points, seniors Rachel Tolen scored 13 points and Sienna Foster scored 11 points with nine assists and four blocks. Senior Sarah Gick added 11 points and 14 rebounds for the Bison. Addie Bowsman scored 17 points for Twin Lakes (15-10) and Olivia Nickerson scored four points.

  • Saturday - Benton Central vs. West Lafayette

Class 2A at Delphi

  • Tuesday - Central Catholic 71, Seeger 35: Carley Barrett (CC) 19 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds; Grace Bordenet (CC) 15 points; Kaitlin Riley (CC) 13 points; Casey Schuessler (CC) 12 points

  • Tuesday - Clinton Prairie 46, Covington 37: Abbey Swan (CP) 13 points; Hyleigh Wilson (CP) 12 points; Sadie Weliver (CP) 11 points.

  • Friday - Central Catholic 43, Carroll 39. Central Catholic was led by juniors Carley Barrett 13 points and Grace Bordenet 12 points against Carroll (20-4).

  • Friday - Delphi 41, Clinton Prairie 28:

  • Saturday - Delphi vs. Clinton Prairie:

  • Tuesday - Fountain Central 49, Faith Christian 46

  • Tuesday - Rossville 51, North Vermillion 30

  • Friday - Clinton Central 39, Fountain Central 27.

  • Friday - Rossville 42, Attica 39:

  • Saturday - FINAL: Clinton Central 48, Rossville 33. Sara Parkison 20 points, Erika Robbins 12 points, Carly Davison seven points for Clinton Central. Ava Burkle and Addi Gorbett each scored 10 points for Rossville.
