Husker Volleyball participates in tunnel walk at Memorial Stadium

The Nebraska Volleyball team was able to participate in a Nebraska Football tradition. The team participated in the famous tunnel walk during Volleyball Day in Nebraska at Memorial Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The Cornhuskers would defeat Nebraska-Omaha in straight sets to improve to 4-0 on the young season. Head football coach Matt Rhule even expressed his envy of the team’s experience.

Just want to wish our Husker women all the success on the triumphant and historic occasion. I’m dying.to run through these gates soon. But more than anything, I’d love to be here tonight. Good luck!

The match would also see the Huskers break a world record. The attendance of 92,003 set a record for the largest crowd to watch a women’s sporting event.
