Jun. 3—Haywood County Recreation is offering a line-up of fly fishing clinics and expeditions this month.

—Intermediate fly fishing clinics

Designed for those who have some fly fishing experience but would like formal instruction to enhance their skills or have taken the beginner course previously. Held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. June 10 and June 17 below the dam at Lake Junaluska. Cost is $10, which covers both classes. Bring a lunch.

—Fly fishing expeditions

Local fly fishing expert Ray Sugg will lead fly fishing outings from 5:30-7 p.m. June 9 and June 23 along Richland Creek in Waynesville. Fishing license required and boots/waders recommended. Cost is $10 per outing.
