High School Football Roundup: Campbell posts triumph over ConVal

Oct. 14—Logan Daigle rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown, and Braydon White added 110 rushing yards and a TD, helping Campbell to a 36-21 win over ConVal in a Division III football game on Saturday in Litchfield. Scott Hershberger rushed for 70 yards and a TD, and his brother, Nick, had two TDs as the Cougars improved to 7-0. ConVal is 3-4.

Trinity 56, Epping-Newmarket 10: In Epping, Alex Oyaronbi scored two TDs, one on a 53-yard return of an onside kick attempt by Epping-Newmarket. The Pioneers (6-1) also received TDs from Jack Service (21-yard run), DeVohn Ellis (11-yard pass from Service), Bobby Kinsella (21-yard run), Paul Thibault (27-yard run), Owens Aristor (32-yard run) and Anthony Digantommaso (80-yard run).

FridayBedford 46, Concord 7: In Bedford, quarterback Danny Black completed 7 of 8 pass attempts for 198 yards and four touchdowns to help the Bulldogs improve to 7-0 in Division I. Luke Soden caught four passes for 139 yards and three TDs. Concord fell to 2-5 overall and 1-5 in Division I.

Nashua North 33, Goffstown 8: In Goffstown, Steven Rosario had 10 carries for 96 yards and three touchdowns to help North raise its Division I record to 4-3. North quarterback Johnny Canaway completed 5 of 7 passes for 91 yards and a touchdown. Gavin Flynn (seven carries 45 yards) rushed for North's other TD. The Grizzlies dropped to 1-6.

Nashua South 15, Merrimack 14: In Nashua, sophomore quarterback Cody Jackson rushed for two touchdowns as South (1-6, 1-5) earned its first victory. The Panthers also added a two-point conversion on a pass to freshman Justin Fish. Merrimack fell to 3-4 overall and 2-4 in Division I.

Alvirne 28, Winnacunnet 0: In Hudson, running back Aiden Mills had two rushing TDs and pulled in a TD catch as the Broncos raised their record to 4-3 overall and 3-3 in Division I. Alvirne QB Shawn Boudreau threw for two touchdowns. Winnacunnet dropped to 1-6 overall and 1-5 in Division I.

Spaulding 49, Memorial 28: In Rochester, Hunter Trueman carried the ball 10 times for 114 yards and two touchdowns, and Seth Cortina rushed for 101 yards and three TDs on 15 carries as Spaulding picked up its third straight win. The Red Raiders are 3-3 overall and 2-3 in Division I. Memorial (1-6, 1-5) was outgained 389-265.

Bishop Guertin 34, Keene 14: In Keene, quarterback Mike MacDonough tossed four touchdown passes as the Cardinals improved to 4-3 overall and 3-3 in Division I. AJ Holmes added a TD run for BG. The loss dropped Keene to 4-3 overall and 3-3 in Division I.

St. Thomas 18, Bow 9: In Dover, St. Thomas (5-2) received a TD run from Tim Avery and TD receptions from Declan Healy and Trent Salyards to stretch its Division II winning streak to three games. Josiah Funches scored Bow's TD on a 3-yard run. Jared Dolder added a 30-yard field goal for the Falcons (3-4).

Plymouth 35, Kennett 6: In Plymouth, Robbie Thorne had a rushing touchdown and caught a TD pass as Plymouth prevailed in the first night game played at George Zoulias Field. The Bobcats also received a TD pass and a rushing touchdown from quarterback Luke Diamond, and rushing TDs from Ben Valenti and Ely Crane. Plymouth's Nathan Lyons had two interceptions. Kennett (4-3) has lost three in a row.

Pelham 49, Milford 7: In Milford, Jake Ciulla rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries, and Dom Herrling added 133 yards rushing and two TDs on nine carries as Pelham (6-0) extended the program's winning streak to 36 games. Milford (2-5) scored on a 58-yard pass from Harris Jones to Colton Tewksbury. It was the first TD Pelham has allowed this season.

Salem 42, Central 14: In Salem, quarterback Nolan Lumley tossed two touchdown passes to help Salem improve to 6-1 overall and 6-0 in Division I. Kevin Todisco added TD runs of 19 and 23 yards for the Blue Devils. Central quarterback Cayden Salvi threw two TD passes to Ethan Cenesca (13 and 24 yards).
