Logan Addison, Sr., New Home
The A-J's reigning small-school player of the year, Addison totaled 247 tackles in the Leopards' run to the state semifinals.
Kyree Baxter, Jr., Estacado
Baxter was the unanimous District 2-4A Division I newcomer of the year, racking up 93 tackles, 18 for a loss, one sack, six pass breakups, a blocked punt and three defensive touchdowns.
Caydin Blakely, Sr., Frenship
Frenship will utilize Blakely's athleticism in a move from defensive end to middle linebacker. Blakley was an all-District 2-6A first teamer with 22 tackles, 12 for a loss, and four sacks.
Daniel Ceniceros, Sr., Denver City
The District 1-3A DI MVP, Ceniceros notched 134 tackles, 14 for a loss, two fumble recoveries, four pass breakups and two blocked kicks.
Willie Parker, Sr., Coronado
Parker will lead the Mustangs defense. He had 66 tackles, 14 for a loss, five sacks and an interception last season.
