Here's a look at the top performers in the Shreveport-Bossier City area for the week April 15-19.

Baseball

Porter Doyle, North DeSoto: Doyle was 2 for 3 with two RBIs and a double in a win.

Grant Johnson, Byrd: Johnson had two RBIs on a double in a playoff win over Holy Cross.

Bryant LaCour, North DeSoto: LaCour hit home runs in consecutive playoff games to vault the Griffins to two playoff victories.

Ryan Lee, Byrd: Lee was 2 for 2 with a double in a playoff win.

Brayden Toothman, North DeSoto: Toothman was 3 for 3 with two runs scored.

Tyler Wooldridge, Byrd: Wooldridge was 2 for 3 and scored two runs in a win.

Kynzee Anderson, Calvary: Anderson tossed two no-hitters with 22 strikeouts in two playoff wins during the week.

Emmarie Atkins, Logansport: Atkins hit a 3-run home run in a playoff win.

Avery Creech, Logansport: Creech posted 10 strikeouts to lift her team into the LHSAA semifinals.

Carlie Guile, Calvary: Guile was 3 for 3 with two doubles and a home run in a win.

Raegan Henderson, North DeSoto: Henderson hit three home runs on six pitches and collected six RBIs in a playoff win.

DJ Lynch, Calvary: Lynch was 3 for 4 with a double in win.

Ainsley Morvan, Logansport: Morvan hit a 2-run home run in a win.

Mia Norwood, North DeSoto: Norwood homered in a playoff win.

Ciara Orgeron, North DeSoto: Orgeron hit a home run in a playoff win.

Maddy Stringer, North DeSoto: Stringer hit a 2-run homer for the Lady Griffins.

Ramsey Walker, Calvary: Walker hit two home runs in a win.

Girls track & field – District 1-5A

Janiyah Boudreaux, Airline: Boudreaux won the triple jump with a leap of 33-feet, 9-inches.

Leah Bryant, Captain Shreve: Bryant won the 300 hurdles in 47.71.

Anna Spencer Frierson, Byrd: Frierson won the 1,600 in 5:15.55.

Sadie Hamby, Benton: Hamby won the discus with a 116-3 throw.

Elena Heng, Airline: Heng won the long jump with a 16-6 leap.

Addyson Hulett, Benton: Hulett won the 400 in 57.04 and the pole vault with a 9-foot, 6-inch vault.

Jayla James, Parkway: James won the shot put with a 34-11 heave.

Jenna Key, Byrd: Key won the 3,200 in 11:25.66.

Chloe Larry, Parkway: Larry won the javelin with a 130-2 throw.

Shelby Ledet, Airline: Ledet won the high jump with a 5-4 jump.

Kezyriah Sykes, Airline: Sykes won the 200 in 25.92 and the 100 hurdles in 15.20.

Jaycie Wallace, Airline: Wallace won the 100-meter dash in 12.23.

Boys track & field

Greg Abney, Haughton: Abney won the 100 in 11.29.

Will Achee, Parkway: Achee won the 200 in 22.17 and the 400 in 49.21.

Jeremiah Boudreaux, Airline: Boudreaux won the 110 hurdles in 13.98, the 300 hurdles in 37.39 and the high jump with a 6-8 leap.

Gabe Falting, Parkway: Falting won the 800 in 1:56.03.

Machal Harris, Parkway: Harris won the long jump with a 21-7.5 leap.

Jeff King, Benton: King won the javelin with a 183-2 throw.

Miller Malley, Benton: Malley won the pole vault with a 14-10 jump.

Devon Oliver, Parkway: Oliver won the shot put with a 49-6 throw.

Mark Perry, Benton: Perry won the triple jump with a 45-8 leap.

Lionel Prudhomme, Captain Shreve: Prudhomme won the discus with a 165.5 throw.

Brennan Robin, Parkway: Robin won the 1,600 in 4:33.65.

Jeremiah Robinson, Parkway: Robinson won the 200 in 23.49.

Ben Ruliffson, Parkway: Ruliffson won the 3,200 in 10:20.77.
