HF-L quarterback lights it up with 5 touchdown passes: Section V's top performances Saturday

Here are the top performances from the Section V football games played on Saturday:

Gunnar Alquist, LeRoy: Made six tackles with two quarterback sacks and forced a fumble during a 48-0 win over Bishop Kearney/Rochester Academy.

Robert Arnold, Monroe: Had three sacks among eight tackles and returned a punt 33 yards during a 58-0 win over Vertus.

Clarence Bell, Brighton: Returned a kick 92 yards for a touchdown and racked up 112 total kick return yards during a 28-21 win over Webster Schroeder.

Ashton Bezon, Oakfield-Alabama/Elba: Senior linebacker forced a fumble and made 10 tackles, five for losses, including a sack, as the Aggies shut out Geneseo.

Tavion Boyd, University Prep: Two touchdown passes while completing 12 of 18 attempts for 202 yards during a 41-14 win at Rush-Henrietta.

Benigno Calixto, Eastridge: Threw a touchdown pass to Christian Beason during a 42-13 loss to Gates Chili.

Amari Colon, Monroe: Scored two touchdowns, a 30-yard run and a 45-yard reception, and Tahjmir Mullins had two touchdown runs during a 58-0 win over Vertus.

Tommy Condidorio, LeRoy: Two rushing touchdowns and threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to Adrian Stephens as the Oatkan Knights were 48-0 winners at Bishop Kearney.

Anthony DeRosa, Webster Schroeder: Scored a 29-yard rushing touchdown during a 28-21 loss to Brighton.

Drew Donohue, Churchville-Chili: Intercepted a pass and Max Tomaszewski made seven tackles for the Saints, who lost 20-19 to Victor.

Joseph Garcia, Gates Chili: Caught three passes for 43 yards and two touchdowns during a 42-13 win over Eastridge. Jeremy Tantalo caught a 37-yard touchdown.

Kaleb Giddens, Gates Chili: Reeled in an interception during a 42-13 win over Eastridge.

Elijah Harris, Eastridge: Caught an interception during a 42-13 loss to Gates Chili.

Drew Hilfiker, Webster Schroeder: Threw an 11-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Washington and rushed for a three-yard score during a 28-21 loss to Brighton.

Harrison Houle, Honeoye Falls-Lima: Had two rushing touchdowns to help the Cougars to a 45-24 over Rochester Prep/Eugenio Maria de Hostos.

Ricardo Lagares, Churchville-Chili: Scored two rushing touchdowns while gaining 116 yards on 38 carries during a 20-19 loss to Victor.

Messiah Hampton, Monroe: Two touchdown receptions and a 72-yard punt return for a touchdown during a 58-0 win over Vertus. Hampton finished with 90 receiving yards on five catches.

Nick Leonard, Victor: Tight end caught the game-winning touchdown pass and finished with 70 yards on three receptions as the Blue Devils defeated Churchville-Chili 20-19. He also had 12 tackles and three sacks.

Jake Loughlin, Victor: Threw two touchdown passes during Victor's come-from-behind 20-19 win at Churchville-Chili, while completing 8 of 13 attempts for 109 yards.

Tyler Martinovich, Brighton: Rushed 14 times for 110 yards and a 66-yard touchdown, and completed 5 of 7 passes for 31 yards, during a 28-21 win over Webster Schroeder.

Kaleb Matthews, Brighton: Recorded eight tackles during a 28-21 win over Webster Schroeder. Matthew Heininger forced a fumble and two of his four tackles were for losses. Thomas Welker also had two of four tackles go for a loss.

Matt Meacham, Honeoye Falls-Lima: Finished with five touchdown passes while completing 13 of 17 throws for 203 yards, as the Cougars defeated Rochester Prep/Eugenio Maria de Hostos 45-24.

Kaya Moses, Monroe: Red Jackets starting quarterback had three touchdown passes while completing 9 of 13 passes for 172 yards during a 58-0 win over Vertus.

Austin Pangrazio, Oakfield-Alabama/Elba: Senior quarterback/defensive lineman had four rushing touchdowns while gaining 134 yards on 21 carries, recovered a fumble on defense and made three tackles, one for a loss during a 31-0 win over Geneseo/Mount Morris.

Gavin Parks, Brighton: Rushed 31 times for 123 yards and two touchdowns during a 28-21 win over Webster Schroeder.

Angelo Penna, Oakfield-Alabama: Senior defensive lineman made nine tackles, three for losses to help the Aggies defeat Geneseo/Mount Morris 31-0.

Trimaine Pulley, Gates Chili: Rushed 14 times for 122 yards and two touchdowns during a 42-13 win over Eastridge.

James Ricigliano, Victor: Recovered a red zone fumble and made nine tackles during a 20-19 win at Churchville-Chili.

CJ Robinson, University Prep: Three touchdown runs while finishing with 157 yards on 18 carries as the Griffins defeated Rush-Henrietta 41-14.

Amere Rodgers, Eastridge: Rushed 28 times for 172 yards and a touchdown during a 42-13 loss to Gates Chili

Adam Ruffalo, Victor: Returned a kickoff 89 yards for a touchdown, finished with eight catches for 82 yards, made 12 tackles and forced a fumble as the Blue Devils rallied to win 20-19 at Churchville-Chili.

Jarvis Seymore, Edison Tech: Recorded a team-high 10 tackles during a 42-0 loss to Fairport. Anthony Johnson added seven tackles and D'Shawn Thomas had six.

Chase Shepanski, Churchville-Chili: Threw a touchdown pass while completing 8 of 12 attempts for 119 yards during a 20-19 loss to Victor.

Jude Sherman, LeRoy: Rushed for two touchdowns, 69 and 14 yards, while gaining 108 yards on five carries as the Oaktan Knights defeated Bishop Kearney/Rochester Academy 48-0.

Jonathan Vance, Gates Chili: Completed 6 of 11 passes for 116 yards and three touchdown passes. He also rushed for a touchdown during a 42-13 win over Eastridge.

Andrew Wanzenried, Landon Hammond Honeoye Falls-Lima: Both seniors caught two touchdown passes during HF-L's 45-24 win over Rochester Prep/Eugenio Maria de Hostos.

Avery Waterson, Oakfield-Alabama/Elba: Junior running back gained 128 yards with a touchdown on 15 carries as the Aggies defeated Geneseo/Mount Morris 31-0.

Dre Yeomas, Victor: Led the Blue Devils with 12 tackles and had a part in two straight sacks that ended the game. Shane Kieselewski made nine tackles and a sack during the team's 20-19 win at Churchville-Chili.
