After debuting at No. 15 in the preseason USA Today Coaches Poll last week, the Oregon Ducks football team is in the exact same spot in the preseason Associated Press Poll and is one of five Pac-12 teams in the top 20.

The AP Poll is nearly identical to the Coaches Poll, with USC ranked No. 6, Utah ranked No. 14, Oregon No. 15 and Oregon State No. 18. The only difference among Pac-12 schools is Washington is ranked one spot higher in the AP Poll at No. 10.

Oregon is ranked right where it was at the end of last season in the final 2022 AP Poll, at No. 15. The Ducks were ranked No. 16 in the final Coaches Poll a year ago.

No. 1 Georgia, No. 2 Michigan, No. 3 Ohio State, No. 4 Alabama and No. 5 LSU make up the top five.

UCLA was the only Pac-12 team to receive votes just outside of the top 25.

No. 15 Oregon opens up its season against Portland State at Autzen Stadium Sept. 2.
