The spring sports season is wrapping up, which means another wave of Augusta-area high school athletes are making plans for the future.
Several area athletes signed national letters of intent to attend college over the past couple weeks and more will follow suit throughout the month of May and into the summer. For many, the recruiting journey is just beginning as college coaches are looking to fill roster spots before the fall.
