Monday, June 19

Kitchens & Baths 7, Table 8 Restaurant 3

James Reardon came on in relief with his team trailing by a score of 3-0 in the top of the fourth inning and he was lights out the rest of the way. He struck out six and didn’t allow a hit. His team would then score five runs in the fifth inning powered by back-to-back two-run hits by Myles Sequeira and Evan Sousa. The Kitchen Crew was also supported by two hits from A.J. Gracie, and a base knock from Nolan Sousa. Carter Bolarinho and Jake Stevens checked in with hits for Table 8.

Tremblay Bus 4, N.B. Fire 3

Tremblay Bus scored four runs in the first two innings, primarily by way of bases on balls. Sam Sonnenburg did rip a second inning base-hit that would score Landon Morro with Tremblay’s fourth run of the game. Jayden Carvahlo and Tucker Wilcox also had hits for The Bus Company. The story of the game though was actually Ben Willis of N.B. Fire who came on in relief to pitch the last 4 and a third innings and did not allow a run against a very tough Tremblay Bus lineup. He scattered two hits and showed great poise in keeping his team in the game. Brayden Vasquez and Rylan Kelly had hits for N.B. Fire.

Amaral’s Linguica 13, South Coast Towing 5

Jayce Cabral was the winning pitcher for Amaral’s, going the first three innings on the mound. Jack Fleurent drove in a run, Cabral scored twice, Maverick Andrews scored three times, and Quinn Hallett stroked his first career hit for Amaral’s. That was the extent of the Pizza Crew’s offense as Talavera was very tough. The T.S. Sports bats were red hot to support their pitcher, Jacob Rebello and Donovan Libby, who both banged out multiple hits each. Wesley Rodrigues knocked in two runs and Ayla Soares scored twice and also rapped a base hit as T.S. Sports picks up their 10th win of the season.

Amaral’s Linguica 3, A.C.G. 2

Ty Ross pitched a fine game for A.C.G., he struck out 11 and only surrendered two Amaral’s hits. Unfortunately the second hit for Amaral’s was a Mikey Lopez leadoff triple in the bottom of the seventh inning with the game tied at 2-2. Lopez would score the game-winner on a passed ball. Both teams played very well, with A.C.G. banging out five hits. Adrial Pena rapped out two hits, Ty Ross, Tony Correia, and Ethan Gonsalves all checked in offensively for A.C.G. Jack Fleurent was the winning pitcher for Amaral’s, coming on in relief in the top of the seventh inning.

Ben Viera picked up the win for LeBeau’s as he pitched a complete game and struck out 17 Oiler hitters while only allowing three hits. Parker (two hits) and Logan Pacheco (one hit) accounted for the DeBross hits against Viera, who was “lights out” in this game. Lucas Souza went 3-for-3, Ben Viera scored twice, while brother Owen Viera, Devin Dansereau, and Kayden Souto all helped the LeBeau’s offense to a big win in a matchup of potential playoff teams.
