Here's what Auburn basketball's nonconference slate looks like for the 2023-24 season
AUBURN — Auburn basketball's season is quickly approaching.
The Tigers, who went 21-13 (10-8) last season and reached the second round of the NCAA Tournament, announced their nonconference slate for the 2023-34 season Friday afternoon. Excluding an exhibition matchup with AUM, Auburn has 13 regular-season games scheduled against non-SEC foes. Eight of the contests will be at home in Neville Arena, while five require the Tigers to travel.
Those five trips include a neutral site game versus Baylor to open the season at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Fall, South Dakota, a couple of matchups with Notre Dame and Oklahoma State/St. Bonaventure in the Legends Classic in Brooklyn, New York's Barclay's Center, a road trip to Boone, North Carolina, to play Appalachian State and a short drive over to Huntsville for a meeting with UNC Asheville.
