Hailey Van Lith's March Madness prediction about Louisville basketball was correct
Hailey Van Lith was right.
On Friday, Louisville women's basketball lost to Middle Tennessee, 71-69, in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
On Selection Sunday, a video hit the internet showing Van Lith leaning over to LSU coach Kim Mulkey, and she seemed to say Middle Tennessee would beat the Cardinals.

Before transferring to LSU, Van Lith played three seasons with the Cards, averaging 15.4 points per game.
She was part of the Louisville team that lost to Middle Tennessee by 18 points last season. In that game, she scored 12 points, shot 4 for 18 from the field and had five turnovers.
On Friday, the Cards had an 18-point lead in the first half over Middle Tennessee but lost after being outscored in the second half, 44-31,
In her last season with the Cards, she averaged 19.7 points per game, 4.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists.
This season with the reigning NCAA champions, Van Lith is averaging 12.3 points per game and a career-low field goal percentage of (39.6).
