These are the Greater Lansing high school girls soccer all-state selections

CAAC Blue and Gold Cup champion Okemos, CAAC Red champion Mason and district champs Williamston and DeWitt were among the top programs in Greater Lansing this spring.

And those four programs that were part of the CAAC Gold Cup field each had multiple players recognized by the Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association as all-state selections this week.

Okemos had the lone selections in Division 1 with goalie Elena Papapolymerou and forward Abby Jager named to the third team.

DeWitt and Mason were well represented in Division 2. DeWitt had midfielder Rachel Savage named to the first team and goalie Madison McDonald, midfielder Alison Ashbrook, defender Carly Dennis and midfielder Ainsley Reigler selected honorable mention all-state.

Mason defender Claire Ramsey was named to the third team, while goalie Audrey Walkington, defender Ava Ruster and forward Katie Longpre were honorable mention all-state selections.

Williamston had a big presence in Division 3 with Grand Valley commit Ella Kleiver leading the way as a first team selection. Emma Gorsline, Ashley Stover and Breyer Fenech were named to the second team for Williamston, while midfielder Ellyson Gorsline and defenders Madeline Sesti and Sydney Eiler were honorable mention selections.

Haslett, Laingsburg, Lansing Christian, Leslie, Olivet and Ovid-Elsie also had all-state selections.

Haslett forward Maddie Fant was honorable mention all-state in Division 2. Ovid-Elsie goalie Ava Bates and Olivet midfielder Alex Richardson were honorable mention selections in Division 3.

Lansing Christian had midfielder Audra Usiak named to the first team in Division 4 and Ava Mustapha earn honorable mention honors. Other honorable mention selections in Division 4 included Laingsburg forward Desire Knoblauch and Leslie goalie Ashley Tow and Leslie defender Anna Mangles.
