GK Elite announces partnerships with Olympic gymnasts

Oct. 26—GK Elite has announced partnerships with Olympic gold medalist Sunisa Lee, Olympic silver medalist Jordan Chiles and Olympian Shane Wiskus.

With Lee and Chiles, this marks Reading-based GK Elite's first partnerships with collegiate gymnasts under the new NCAA policy that allows athletes to partner with brands around their name, image and likeness. GK Elite said its partnership with Wiskus aligns with its dedication to men's gymnastics and growing the sport for current and future athletes, alike.

As part of the partnerships, Lee and Chiles will each design a Signature Collection of GK Elite training tank leotards. The first leotards from each athlete are expected to launch in early November with a second launch toward the end of the month. Four additional seasonal launches will occur for both athletes throughout 2022. In addition to the collections, Lee and Chiles will endorse GK Elite products and initiatives.

"GK Elite has been with me throughout my gymnastics life, from the youth to elite level, and I am so excited to collaborate with them to launch my own new collections," Lee said in a statement. "It's a dream come true to take advantage of the new NCAA rules and have the opportunity to do some incredible things with GK Elite as I prepare to begin my collegiate career."

Chiles has also exclusively chosen GK throughout her storied competitive career. "I have always dreamed of having a leotard line with my name on it, and could not be happier to be partnering with GK to bring that dream to life," she said in a statement. "I love the fit and design of GK leotards and cannot wait to bring that comfort and quality, plus my own personal style and passion to a line of leotards for gymnasts of all ages."

The addition of Wiskus comes after an exciting performance in Tokyo this past summer and is a contender for the 2024 Games.

"I have long loved the sport of gymnastics and I am proud to be an ambassador alongside GK to continue showing the world that men's gymnastics is an exciting and thrilling sport," he said in a statement. "I appreciate GK's dedication to the men's gymnastics program and the support they have provided all of us for many years."
