Boys Basketball

Friday, Dec. 29

Albertville's Cooper Colvin scored 13 points in a 59-44 win over Williamson.

Albertville's John McCullars scored 11 points.

Albertville's Jon Wesley Seay had 11 points.

Gaston's Mica Merriman scored 10 points with six rebounds and assists in a 48-45 win over Southside.

Gaston's Devon Green scored 15 points and 11 rebounds with three blocks.

Gaston Adonis Jones scored eight points.

Spring Garden's Jake Welsh scored 17 points in a 51-45 loss to Temple (GA).

Thursday, Dec. 28

Albertville's Cooper Colvin had 23 points in an 83-63 win over Cottage Hill Christian in the Gulf Coast Holiday Classic.

Albertville's Sam Barclift had 19 points.

Albertville's Jon Wesley Seay scored 15 points.

Geraldine's Connor Johnson scored 21 points in a 67-52 win over St. Pius (Houston, Texas) in the Carolina Invitational.

Geraldine's Redick Smith scored 20 points to go with six rebounds and four assists.

Geraldine's Jaxon Colvin scored 18 points while bringing down 12 rebounds.

Spring Garden's John Welsh scored 17 points in a 58-51 loss to Rockmart (GA).

Spring Garden's Connor Bates scored 15 points.

Spring Garden's Jake Welsh scored 13 points.

Gaston's Mica Merriman had 35 points, nine rebounds, seven assists and four steals in a 66-51 win over Wellborn.

Gaston's Devin Green scored 21 points and brought down 14 rebounds with three blocks.

Sardis's Eli Morton scored 14 points with 12 rebounds in a 66-64 loss to Alexandria.

Sardis' Kason Moore scored 11 points.

Sardis' Luke Martin scored 11 points.
