Game time set for Arizona vs Long Beach State in NCAA Tournament opener
The Arizona men's basketball team is back in the NCAA Tournament for the third straight year under coach Tommy Lloyd.
The Wildcats are a No. 2 seed in the West Region of March Madness and will face No. 15 seed Long Beach State on Thursday in Salt Lake City, Utah, looking to start a lengthy tournament run.
In 2022, Arizona made it to the Sweet Sixteen as a No. 1 seed by beating No. 16 Wright State (87-70) and No. 9 TCU (85-80) before falling to No. 5 Houston (72-60). It lost to No. 15 seed Princeton in the first round in 2023 as a No. 2 seed, 59-55.
The Wildcats haven't made the Elite Eight since 2015.

What time does Arizona play Long Beach State in 2024 NCAA Tournament?
The Arizona vs. Long Beach State game on Thursday is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Pacific time (2 p.m. ET)
It can be seen on TBS with an announcing team of Brad Nessler on play-by-play and Brendan Haywood as an analyst with Dana Jacobson reporting.
The game can be streamed on Sling TV.
