Full list of NFL players franchise tagged in 2023

The NFL deadline to announce franchise tag players passed on March 7 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

The Buffalo Bills did not tip their toe into the franchise tag pool, opting not to use it. That came as no shock, the Bills have only used the tag five times in the team’s history and never have under the watch of general manager Brandon Beane.

In terms of league-wide, six players had the designation placed on them by their respective teams. The two sides can continue to work on a long-term deal throughout the summer after being tagged, but for now, all of these players will receive a hefty pay raise next season.
