Four-star combo guard Bryce Heard gets USC offer

Last season four-star combo guard Bryce Heard played at Montverde Academy High School (Florida). However, he recently announced on social media that he will be headed back to Illinois, his original home state.

Bryce Heard is the 44th-ranked prospect in the nation as well as the 22nd-best shooting guard, while On3.com has Heard rated as the No. 62 prospect in the junior class and the No. 11 small forward.

Heard has received early scholarship offers from Kansas State, USC, St. John’s, Cal, Oklahoma, Arizona State, Georgetown, Illinois, DePaul and LSU, among others.

The 6-foot-5, 190-pound Heard averages 4.6 points per game, but he was on the deepest and most talented team in the nation. Montverde Academy boasts six top 100 players in the nation and the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2025 class, Cooper Flagg.

Heard will shine back home in Illinois and try to have two elite seasons over his career. Let’s hope he gets picked up by Andy Enfield when he goes on his visit to USC in the next basketballl season.
